Returns Policy

All items can be refunded within 14 days of placing the order for any reason. Goods must be returned as new. Please email us at: bamboo-baby@hotmail.co.uk and please return items to: Bamboo Baby, 281 Camberwell New Road, London, SE5 0TF.

We are happy to exchange or refund any item of your order if you are not entirely satisfied. Please return the item for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt.

How to Return or Exchange

Please return your purchase to us unworn and in the original condition you received it from us, with all the tags intact. We would strongly recommend that all exchanges and returns are sent to us by Recorded Delivery as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Goods are returned to Bamboo Baby at your own expense however we will send your exchange back out to you at no extra charge. You will receive your refund credit, cheque or exchange order (when in stock) within 7 working days of us receiving the goods. We endeavour to process this as quickly as possible.

Terms and Conditions on Returns

Returning any item within 14 days will be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or relevant part of your order). Items are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until the 14 day post-delivery period has expired. On receipt of the returned goods Bamboo Baby will give you a full refund of the amount you paid for the items (but not the postage) or an exchange credit as required. You must however, return the goods to Bamboo Baby in order to receive a full refund or exchange. When returning goods on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold and the refund will be adjusted accordingly. Your statutory rights on returns are considerably enhanced by all of this.
